This Booking Holdings (“Booking Holdings” or “BHI”) website is owned and operated by Booking Holdings and is a non-transactional website (i.e. it does not provide a customer service to consumers and website visitors). California Shine the Light Requests
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our web site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Data to other parties for their direct marketing purposes. Children
This Site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose information of children under the age of thirteen (13) without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. In an instance where such information was collected, it would be purely accidental and unintentional.
